We are seeking a Parts Manager at our Collision Center to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, meeting sales goals, and maintaining an efficient inventory. Collecting & distrubiting parts inventory to collision technicians.
Responsibilities:
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Document and update parts orders as needed
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Distributing parts to technician team members
Issusing Purchase Orders
Oversee Parts Department operations, including sales objectives and inventory levels
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep an organized warehouse
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in Reynolds and Reynolds management system
SKILLS: Technical, Inventory management, Communication, Customer service, Multi-Tasking, Troubleshooting, Detail oriented, Auto service & repair knowledge, Basic accounting
