Service Cashier

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to be our Service Cashier/Customer Service Representative, as part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relations in the service department
• Greet and assist guests
• Answer inbound calls
• Close work orders
• Accept payments, credit card & cash handling
• Perform data entry

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer skills
• Office experience helpful
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Phone etiquette
